Keeping self-care simple makes it doable! When rituals become complex it naturally falls off of my priority list. When things are simple, they are accessible and we are more inclined to do them.

Air signs, Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, are curious, social visionaries. These signs have the super power of intellect and communication.

It's important for you air signs to find ways to quiet your mind and be heard. The following three activities are intended to assist you in finding a few moments of peace and mental stillness.

1. Go outside and listen to the birds. Drink your morning coffee outdoors or near an open window. Spend a few minutes taking in the sights and sounds of a fresh new day.

2. Keep a gratitude journal. Jot down three things you are grateful for each day and review at the end of each week.

3. Use the air ritual mist to feel clear and calm racing thoughts. My favorite way to use a ritual mist is as a meditation tool. Set aside 10 minutes, get comfortable, mist your aura or room, and listen to the air element meditation.
