Practices for Managing Anxiety
•If you are anxious like me, the current state of panic in the world can easily send one spiraling.
Simple practices that bring me back into my body have been pivotal in helping me to cope. Being present and connected with myself focuses my energy in ways that are supportive. The most impactful practice for me lately has been guided grounding meditations.
