Morning Rituals for Self-Care
•
I've always experienced migraines, they started when I was 14. Lately they have increased and it's been days since I've woken up pain-free. Today I decided to start the day gently and slowly.
This involved:
- lighting a new air candle
- sipping coffee in bed from one of my favorite mugs. This one is from Hillary Simon-Worobec
- applying cuticle oil. Huna's cuticle oil is one of my can't live without products.
- watching the tree branches sway in the wind from my bed.
Part of my protocol in migraine management involves peppermint oil. That's why I love the air candle if I'm fighting a headache or migraine, as it contains peppermint, rosemary, and lemongrass oils. It doesn't aggravate me like some scents do.
To add a candle to your slow morning rituals, visit the online store to shop the entire line of element intention candles.
