All of the jewelry I create I consider to be talisman jewelry. So what the heck is a talisman necklace anyways?

It is a physical tool that honors our wishes, emotions, and/or feelings. It holds deep symbolism. I wrote a blog post awhile back on the differences between the element and crystal talismans, you can read it here.

I've been told by customers that the element necklaces meld with their owners. They become their everyday adornment. A comforting piece to touch and play with. They have even been described as a worry stone because they fit the pads of fingertips perfectly. And that the soft clinking of the gemstone on the silver instills peace and joy.

I've found all of this true for myself. I fidget with my element necklace. It is truly the piece I wear every.single.day. I select an element each year to support and remind me of my word for the year. It's been such a powerful practice.
