embracing routines for rest, integration, and soul honoring with the Virgo new moon•
Virgo season has arrived and with it many of us are breathing a sigh of relief as we return to more predictable schedules following the freedom of the summer months.
This is such a hectic time of year as we settle back into rhythms and routines. Virgo is a mutable sign, marking the end of a season. This brings in the energy of release and integration. It's where we set the groundwork for ushering in the energy of the seasonal shift.
As the sun begins to fall from its exalted position of summer, we begin to feel the inward pull that comes with shorter days and longer nights.
This season is perfect for setting up new routines and structures that will carry us through the fall and winter months. It's a time to harvest the wisdom and lessons from the spring and summer seasons. We can embrace small, simple rituals that support our overall health and well-being.
Keeping things small, doable, and simple is key. We are slowing our momentum as we prepare for autumn and winter. It's important to not become rigid with our rituals. I'm not here to do things for the sake of doing them, they must be supportive and not just one more thing to cross off the to-do list.
This is a wonderful new moon to really tune in with the whispers of our soul, to settle and unwind for a few delicious minutes.
Remember, keep it simple, small, and doable. Relish those moments of rest in between the busyness. Light a candle, Netflix and chill, take some deep breaths, soak in the bath.To receive lunar insights delivered straight to your inbox, make sure to sign up for my emails!
