I don't know about anyone else but I have definitely been feeling depleted and low lately. Being home with the kiddos for over five months coupled with the intensity of summer is taking it's toll.

Working with crystals and using my creativity always helps. My newest one-of-a-kind talisman collection centers around care and compassion. The crystals are all gentle stones for the heart, for peace and nurturing.

These pieces have been a reminder to me to practice gentleness and care towards myself. It's so easy to slip into being hyper-critical (that's my Virgo nature).

I've also been feeling the call of the goddesses more and more as the year goes on. Many of the pieces in this collection are named after incredible goddesses. Their symbolism and stories give me hope.
