three simple rituals for celebrating spring
•The snow is beginning to melt here on the prairies! A welcome sight after months of snow and cold temperatures.
The equinoxes and solstices are my favorite times of year. I love practicing simple rituals to usher in the beginning of a new energy.
Spring is the start of the astrological year. It's the new born baby of the astrological wheel. A time to plant seeds, both literally and metaphorically.
My three favorite simple rituals for welcoming in spring are:
1. Creating a mantra or intention.
I do this for each season. My spring mantra can actually be found on the spring equinox candle. It articulates the energy of the season and assists with helping us to harness it. Use it as a jumping off point for your personal goals and intentions.
2. Lighting a candle.
This is symbolic of us welcoming the growing light of the sun. The days from equinox onward will get longer until the sun's peak at summer solstice. I will be burning the spring equinox candle on March 20th to celebrate the arrival of spring.
3. Using a ritual mist to cleanse and invigorate your space.
Mists bring in sparkle and scent into our home spaces. They offer such a simple way to infuse love and care into our homes. The spring equinox mist is perfect for cleansing and brightening our space.
Head over to the online store to order your Spring Equinox ritual set.
Each one comes with a botanical intention candle and crystal infused ritual mist in a spring herbal scent.
