It's also a stressful time of year. After cramming in as much summer as possible, it can be challenging to find our footing when it comes to the hustle and bustle of back to school.
Taking a few minutes to establish a simple and gentle sleep routine can help alleviate those back to school jitters for our kiddos and help us calm our frazzled nerves.
Scent is a powerful tool and is super easy to incorporate as an evening ritual.
One of my customer's daughters was struggling with sleep. They've been using the femininity water ritual mist as a pillow spray before bed each night. She told me her daughter loves the scent and it has made a big difference in her ability to fall asleep with less angst.
